Becoming a new parent can be one of life’s most meaningful experiences, but it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating at times. It is common to struggle with anxiety, frustration, or feeling disconnected during this major identity shift… but we don’t talk about it nearly enough.

As a Ph.D.-level psychologist and a mother of two, I have developed a deep personal and professional understanding of the complexities that can arise during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. My practice is dedicated to supporting mothers and fathers/non-birthing parents as they navigate the emotional, relational, and psychological transitions that come with parenthood.

I am deeply committed to reducing the stigma around mental health during the transition to parenthood. Whether you are preparing for your first child, adjusting to life as a new parent, or navigating the demands of a growing family, my goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support every step of the way. You don’t have to face these feelings alone—together, we can work to help you strengthen your emotional well-being and build a healthy foundation for you and your family.

I offer individual therapy sessions both virtually and in-person in Calgary, as well as virtually across both Alberta and Ontario.
